The Service is a free tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries of text and documents that you submit, and to let you ask follow-up questions about that content. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require registration or payment.

5. AI-generated output

Summaries and answers are generated automatically by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The output is provided for convenience and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software (excluding User Content), is owned by LTS Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTS Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
